Shipping and Delivery:
delivery time: Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time
Processing time: Before shipping your order, we normally need 3 to 14 business days to prepare your products. Processing time is separate from shipping time. Please note that a small number of orders may still require between 9 and 14 business days depending on stock availability.
Currently, warehouses are subject to additional guidelines to ensure the safety of workers and products. In some circumstances, the deadline may be extended depending on environmental, political, or internal infrastructure factors.
Shipping time: Typically, for standard shipping, it takes between 7 and 20 business days for your order to reach you.

Cost of delivery
The costs of Delivery is free for orders of €39.90 or more, otherwise it is €5.90 per order.
Delivery failure
- We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by customer negligence. Negligence includes, but is not limited to, incorrect delivery information, such as order address/contact number/recipient name. In this case, we are unable to issue a refund.
- Orders delivered to a relay point and not collected on time will not be refunded.
- If you find that the information relating to your order is incorrect, please contact us at info@mapenderievintage.com en stating your order number and correct information before the order is shipped, otherwise we will not be able to change it.
- For some remote countries and regions, please allow additional delivery time. Please note that you may need to collect your package from your local post office. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding!
